A homegrown master mixologist is coming to the capital to teach Dubliners how to make the perfect ginand tonic.
There's a Gin School coming to Dublin and yes you can drink during class
Keith Malone will be heading up the Fever-Tree Gin School, which is on its way to Ireland following a sold out UK run.
The Dublin-born expert has sixteen years of experience shaking up the perfect mix in pubs and distilleries around Ireland.
Now he'll be sharing his skills with lovers of the tipple in his home town.
Pupils will be put through their paces, learning how to find the perfect tonic for the five key flavour categories of gin.
You be rewarded for your thirsty work with a complimentary gin and tonic and four gin pairings based on different flavour notes of Fever-Tree tonic.
There'll be light nibbles to keep you going and all graduates will leave with a goodie bag of Fever-Tree mixers.
The classes take place in around the capital later this month before moving on to Kilkenny, Cork, Galway and Louth.
