Dublin City Council offered €1,000 to the local community who best cleans up their area this Good Friday. It encourages community groups, residents, environmental groups and businesses in Dublin to come out and support the clean-up in their local area.
Lord Mayor Brendan Carr launched the Team Dublin Clean-Up today to make Dublin a clean city.
The council will provide clean up equipment and remove of all litter collected by the groups taking part.
“I encourage everyone to get involved in this year’s Team Dublin Clean-up. We all love our city so let’s take pride in where we live and help to keep it clean.” - informed the Lord Mayor of Dublin Brendan Carr.
To make Dublin`s areas clean, beautiful and attractive places to live and visit, every year groups across the city carry out huge efforts.
