Star of "Game of Thrones" decided enter Irish politics in defense of same-sex marriage

At the last season of the series "The Game of Thrones" actor Kristian Nairn who played the role of Hodor inkled that he didn't mind going to politics and standing up for same-sex marriage. He might was going to go into politics to fight for the legalization of LGBT rights in Belfast.

A famous actor can`t understand why people are so embarrassed by the question what others are doing behind closed doors.

“I really don't understand why we are just a small enclave of the country that can not do it. I hope that we can come to terms with the rest of Europe and the rest of the United Kingdom and Ireland” -  commented Nairn.

Besides, the actor hinted that he wanted to do something himself.

"Of course, I had thoughts of going into politics, of course, I don't mean that I do it right now, but in the future - who knows?" I definitely have something to say, "Christian said.
