Research conducted by Youth Work Ireland gave interesting result.

Based on study conclusions carried out by Youth Work Ireland, serious differences have been discovered in Irish youth beliefs in comparison with their parents` beliefs.

The research, that covered more than 1,000 people in age range from 14 to 24, showed their attitude toward parity comparing to their parents.

It was found out that the vast majority of Irish youth is more accepting regarding immigrants, more liberal and is more involved in campaigns on social subjects, than their parents.

The organization, which works with more than 116,000 of youth every week through projects and clubs for young people, conducted a study that matches with the start of the Youth Work Ireland Week 2017.

The results are announced with the opening of the campaign of the "# Equality17" group, aimed at call on youth activity.

Observations showed that young people of the country have more liberal attitude towards immigrants, wider political opportunities and a lowering influence of the Catholic Church.
