Garden lovers will be overjoyed to hear that Bloom is back!
The amazing garden and flower festival returns to Phoenix Park from June 1-5.
Let's hope the weather is as good as it was last year, which saw almost 115,000 people in attendence.
Some of the incredible gardens will feature fall-out from the rise of “fake news”, the need for a safe-haven for dementia sufferers and making Ireland the best country in the world to be a dog are among the diverse themes and inspiration for the Bloom 2017 show gardens.
One of the deadly show gardens is the Despicable Me 3 garden by Universal Studios.
Speaking at the launch last week, Gary Graham, Bord Bia’s Bloom Show Manager said: “We are really excited about this year’s show gardens which will explore a range of social and cultural issues which are sure to resonate with visitors.
"Bloom continues to celebrate excellence in our horticulture and food industry with a range of medals awarded to garden designers, nurseries, floral artists, botanical artists and exhibitors over the course of the event.
"The festival has developed and grown into something which not only makes for a great day out, but also offers a platform to learn a wide range of practical information on everything from gardening, to growing fruit and vegetables, cooking, culture and politics. We have already started work on site in the Phoenix Park and look forward to welcoming everyone in June."
