Boojum are opening a new store this Friday and are giving away FREE burritos to celebrate

Dublin's already stacked burrito scene is about to get even better after it was announced that Boojum will open their their latest store this Friday.

The new Boojum Mexican Burrito Bar will be located on 63-65 Mespil Road in Dublin 4 and to celebrate the grand opening they'll be given away FREE burritos to their first 200 customers.

The new location will officially open for business at 11:30am on Friday, June 9, and the first 200 customers through the door will be given a free burrito and limited edition Boojum t-shirts.

The new place will be two storeys tall and should be able to seat over 50 people. There'll also be the option of click 'n collect from the restaurant.

There are already three Boojum restaurants in the capital; on Abbey Street, Kevin Street, and Millennium Walkway. Galway, Cork and Belfast also are home to Boojum.

Only recently the restaurant chain announced that its ninth restaurant on the island of Ireland was opening in Belfast, but this new Mespil Road location brings their total up to ten.

“Dublin 4 has been a massive target for us for so long, said owner David Maxwell. "When this unit came up we jumped at it. The area is lively, cool and fits the Boojum profile perfectly. We hope it will be a great success and we have the hardest working team in the industry trying to make it happen.”
